Zucchini Chips! Preheat oven to 425. Slice the zucchini about 1/4”  thick. Sprinkle w/ salt,pepper, olive oil. Back for 5 mins and flip.  (option sprinkle w/ Parm if you want) and put back in the oven for  another 5-10 mins until crispy! Voila! Snack time!
